The Boy Scouts in Troop 27 are selling Christmas wreaths and centerpieces made in Nova Scotia from fresh beautiful Balsam greens. They are taking orders after mass outside the main entrance of the church during the first 3 weekends of November. Orders will be available for pickup after masses starting December 8th. For a small shipping fee you can also order and have them shipped directly to friends and family anywhere in the continental US or Canada.
The centerpieces would also make beautiful advent wreaths, so if you temporarily substitute your advent color candles, you would have it in time for the 2nd Sunday of Advent. You might also consider buying a wreath and donating it to the church greening.
