·         Third Friday Adoration continues until 9 am tomorrow. Please consider spending some time with Jesus. You are welcome anytime during adoration or you may sign up on line at https://sjvroundrock/adoration.
·         Mass with our Youth – Sunday at 11 a.m.
·         Catechetical Sunday – This Sunday all catechists will be commissioned during the 11:00 Mass.
·         Parish Annual Report – The Finance Council presents the annual report in this weekend’s bulletin.
·         BIG EVENT NEWS: Please visit the narthex and pick up the raffle tickets for your family. They are arranged in alphabetical order. If you need additional tickets, contact Bruce Bessner at 512-791-9553 or [email protected]. T-shirts are also on sale in the narthex after all Masses this weekend and they are beautiful!
·         Saturday, Sept. 18 - Join the Young Adult Ministry (18 yrs and older) for a night of FREE pizza, FREE  drinks, FREE games, and FREE fun! We start with 5:30 pm Mass followed by Game Night in the nursery from 6:30pm-9:30pm. For information contact Jennifer Guevara at [email protected].
·         Sunday, September 19 –The Knights of Columbus are selling sausage wraps ($2) after the Sunday Masses. Proceeds will help the Knights fund more parish events as they continue to build community within our parish.
·         Altar Server Training - Training for those interested in becoming altar servers will be held after 5:30 pm mass on Saturday, September 25 and after the 11:00 am Mass on September 26. We will gather at the center front pews right after each Mass. Training takes about 45 minutes.
·         On September 25,Catholic Charities USA, one of the largest associations of social service agencies in the country serving over 8 million people each year, will celebrate its Centennial anniversary. Please pray for this ministry to bring the love of Christ to a weary world. We join our voices with theirs by signing to a postcard campaign calling our legislators to reduce poverty in America. We will recommit to our parish’s efforts to care for those in need.
·         The SJV office is updating census information for the parish. This information is kept in a database we call churchdb and each parishioner has access to his/her information.  We ask your help in updating churchdb. In the next two weeks, please access your personal information in churchdb and update anything that needs changing. Please contact the office if you have any questions.
